james and associates has been working very hard over the last few years to be able to bring a new way of working to our clients and candidates. The i.jamas inspection system incorporates the latest audit and inspection technology AM2 . This new and revolutionary service was demonstrated for the first time at the recent HMO Network conference held in Newcastle-upon-Tyne ... for this particular audience a topical template tailored to 'HMO Licensing Compliance' was created. Working with a number of local authorities a full range of tailored generic inspection templates will be created, all of which will become available on a shared 'no fee' basis. The use of hand-held pda's for data capture, enable our clients and candidates to work more efficiently not only by reducing the burden of administration but by generating useful and useable information, via a suite of reporting options, supporting in 'real time', the decision making process.
