Administration and Reporting
AM2 is completely Web based with no specific software required to be installed on users computers. As long as the user has internet access they can administer or use the reporting system.
- Create the Client management structure and maintain Client site codes(UPRN) and alternative site codes. AM2 is a BS7666 approved system. ( BS7666 is the British standard for the representation of address information, in particular with reference to gazetteers.)
- Create Inspector management structures and geographical allocations which will automatically send the correct audits to the Inspectors Hand held device.
- Create Inspection templates with high flexibility of structure and question type, build in data validation along with the ability to include 'policy notes' within the template.
