HHSRS on a PDA ?
HHSRS on a PDA, a new and exciting development from James and Associates and its partner Kairos Systems.
James and Associates in conjunction with its partner Kairos Systems Limited a key provider of audit and inspection software to local and national government has been developing the HHSRS 'add on' for Audit Manager. This 'add on' contains all the elements and statistical data to enable an Environmental Health officer to carry out an HHSRS assessment on site, using the PDA. and record this with Audit Manager allowing for reporting on Key Hazards by property, hazard type, external/internal and rating.
We are currently developing this service further and will be releasing a suite of Inspection Templates designed and tested by Environmental Health Professionals that can incorporate the HHSRS procedure.. this will include:
- Houses of Multiple Occupation Inspections (HMO) to include licensing compliance.
- Decent Homes Inspections
- Immigration Inspections
- Overcrowding Assessments
